Women of the 21st century are so amazing because of all of the things they can offer to themselves to other people and to the world. Women are intelligent, stronger, self-sufficient, important and amazing also because of their special ability to evolve and adapt perfectly with the changes that are happening around them constantly.

To all intent and purpose women have the ability and power to make their mark in the 21st century. Essential awareness should be pursued to reach capacity. With this comes the power to take action, make voices heard to create real and lasting change. From one women to another it is time for us to move beyond the old customary way of doing things, embrace a new way of thinking and acting. Let us all recognize our strength, potential and use this to succeed.

Nonetheless women can do it women can vote, women should have a place in politics, government, women should have career choices, women are equal, women should be independent, women should be happier and women should have medical benefits.
For too long, society has taken us aback with narrow outdated beliefs about what it means to be a women. These beliefs tell us that we have to be flawless that we are not worthy unless we conform to a narrow idea and fit a certain mold to be valued. These delimiting beliefs limit our potential and held us back from achieving true potential. We are much more than these belief; women are complex, heterogeneous and multi-faceted individuals with limitless potential. Only then when we stop trying to fit and start celebrating our individuality can we progress. Harness the below steps for a journey that leads to success as a women.

  • Step 1: Identify your strengths and passions.
  • Step 2: Find ways to use your strengths and passions to make a difference.
  • Step 3: Take action and make your impact.
Against this background, let us delve into the call of collective action by Malala Yousafzai “We cannot all succeed when half of us are held back. We call upon all sisters around the world to be brave to embrace the strength within themselves and realize full potential.”
